We tried the service using a UK number calling me on my mobile and landline in Europe. The time lag made business calls impossible. The echo and general quality was embarrassing when we ran the number on an advert, it made us look unprofessional and amateur.

If you just use it for voicemail it might be ok, but for live calls, I would definitely pass this service by. It is truly awful.

I was told the service calls were business quality. Not in this country they are not. There is no point in using the service at all.Look for an alternative ( ( I have not found one yet with acceptable quality)

Problems with there website, just locks up, refused 3 of my credit cards, stating that my bank balance was insufficient which is incorrect as I was trying to put $50 of credit on when i have over $5000 available on one of my cards, rang customer service and although they are polite, they could not help me

We use dozens of carriers to achieve the global coverage, and we only use the best quality available from each.

We take any quality issues reported from customers very seriously, and try to reroute calls via other carriers in case of any perceived issues.

It is possible that your specific numbers in Spain - to which you forwarded calls - went via a carrier that had a less-than-optimal connection point, causing the lag.

We would be interested in finding out, to see if your issue could be resolved.

I would therefore like our engineers to look at the issue, but I would need an account ID or email address from you to be able to identify your account. Luckily most of our customers say that our quality is excellent - but due to the complex nature of a global solution, there could be specific combinations of inbound carriers and outbound carriers used - dependent on phone number used for inbound calls and for call forwarding - that in rare situations become a problem. So please let us try to resolve your issue.
