Never use these guys, I lost my numbers while trying to port to their system. All they want to give me is compensation!
They just keep forwarding your cases from one department to another. I was promised the numbers would be ported in 15 days, and after 20 days I receive a message, unfortunately your numbers could not be ported. All they do now is apologize. What do I do with these apologies?
Customer service staff is the worst. keep sending standard replies and don't understand the issue. Keep saying we are improving our processes to make things work.
Will not give them a second chance. You too, keep away!

I didn't like: Taking pre-payment money and then blocking the account, Quality, Bad service.
